Provides help to Lower Manhattan businesses through the World Trade
Center Business Recovery Grant program in conjunction with the New
York City Economic Development Corporation. Other forms of assistance
are available. ESDC operates the WTC Business Recovery Center at
2 Rector Street.

Offers assistance to businesses and incentives to encourage businesses
to remain or relocate downtown. EDC operates the Business Rebuilding
Center at 140 William Street.

Small Business Administration
Offers a range of loan programs to help businesses recover from
the September 11th attacks.

Offers grants through the Financial Recovery Fund from $25,000 to
$250,000 for eligible businesses south of Chambers Street.
